Terms of Use for the WhiskyMap App

Welcome to WhiskyMap ("App"). These Terms of Use govern your use of our app and provide important information about your rights and obligations. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these conditions, you are not allowed to install, access, or use the App.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To protect your privacy, we declare that:

•     No Data Storage: WhiskyMap does not collect or store any personal data from users. Any data you enter while using the App is not stored on our servers.
•     No Data Usage: WhiskyMap does not use users' data for internal purposes. Since we do not store any data, it is not used for marketing, research, or similar internal purposes.
•     No Data Sharing: WhiskyMap does not share customer data with third parties. Since no data is collected or stored, there is no sharing with external companies or organizations.
•     Data Sharing: WhiskyMap uses the payment services of RevenueCat. The service enables the owner to monitor and analyse the user and their purchase history and can be used to track user behaviour. (Privacy RevenueCat)

Usage Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the App on your personal device in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Prohibited Activities

The use of the App must not:

•     Violate local, national, or international laws;
•     Be in any way illegal or fraudulent, or have an illegal or fraudulent purpose or effect;
•     Cause damage or disruption to the App.

Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. You are bound by the updated Terms of Use if you continue to use the App after such changes.
